This short survey is part of the Cleveland Local Resilience Forum’s work to understand how people find and trust information on emergencies and risks. Your responses will help improve how we communicate with local communities before, during and after incidents.

Participation is voluntary and you are not obliged to fill it in. You can also skip any questions you don’t wish to answer. Please avoid including any personal or sensitive details in your responses beyond what’s requested.

Responses will be stored securely by Wander Films on behald of the CLRF and used only for research and reporting purposes. Data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after the project is complete, in line with GDPR and data protection best practice.
